Event facilities

Organize your business events at M


M provides an exclusive reception in the antechamber or a business workshop with a private guided tour of the museum. M places a number of spaces at your disposal for meetings, product presentations, workshops, conferences, lectures, receptions and dinners. You may also reserve a room in combination with an M activity (a guided tour of an exhibition, a brunch in the museum café, a nocturne, etc.). We will be happy to put together a made-to measure benefits package for you.

Terms

- Above mentioned prices exclude VAT
- A contract will be drawn up between the museum and external caterers
- External caterers need to make a warranty deposit of € 250 (VAT included)
- Each organiser needs to close a insurance policy from Ethias
- All necessary information regarding the museum policy will be provided by the event manager
