Collection +

Collection+ provides the M collections and their arrangement with a constant flow of fresh air and renewal. M’s various collections are substantial, especially the collections of nineteenth-century painting, textiles, stained-glass, earthenware and porcelain. This gives M the advantage and the freedom to change and vary the exhibits, breaking through the static restrictions of permanent arrangements. The selection in the period rooms of the former Vander Kelen residence is a fine example. They are the backdrop for an enormous variation of applied arts. The changing presentations in the prints and drawings room and the dossier exhibitions are also tied in to this concept.
