M is looking for enthusiastic volunteers with an open and inquisitive interest in art. Are you interested in discovering the wonderful world behinds the scenes at M? If so, join our team and become a volunteer at M!

• Get front-row seats to new exhibitions,
• lend us a helping hand and enjoy the openings and/or receptions,
• help with the development of our library,
• help out with email and promotional campaigns,
• support our projects,

• … or come and tell us how you can contribute to our museum operations!

In short, show us your talent at M and play a special role in Leuven’s museum. What’s more, committed volunteers are rewarded with an M-bassador Card. You can then enjoy even more extras such as a discount at the M-shop, invitations to the openings and exclusive M-bassador activities (forum debates, lectures, studio visits, etc.).

Internships at M are very limited. Please make sure you provide an extensive CV and motivation letter when you apply for an internship. Tell us why you would like to work as an intern at M, when you are available and what you would like to do. Send your CV and motivation letter to m@leuven.be. 

Exhibition proposals may be submitted by post or e-mail. Non-requested materials (slides, prints, CDs, DVDs, etc.) from artists or agencies will not be returned under any circumstances, and they will not be archived. Catalogues and other materials may also be sent to M, but the museum is under no obligation whatsoever to return them. Agreements with artists are made on the basis of a file or portfolio and upon the request of M. Under no circumstances whatsoever should an artist send or deliver an original work to M. The museum cannot be held responsible for the safety of these works.
