Due to works taking place in the museum galleries, the Mee-maak-kamer and the presentation of M-resident Elise El Yousfi will be inaccessible to wheelchair users from 26 October to 19 November. They will be accessible to everyone again from 20 November.
Work on paper from the Cera contemporary art collection
Drawing allows artists to observe the world and then document it directly. They often turn to drawing to get a preliminary thought or idea or a personal impression down on paper. M presents a series of drawings on paper from the contemporary art collection of Cera, including works by Anne Daems, Els Dietvorst, Valérie Mannaerts, Orla Barry and Sylvie Macias-Diaz. Interest in humans, their daily surroundings and nature is the leitmotif running through all the exhibited works.
