Summer Bar with radio station Willy & CIRKLABO

A glass of wine after work? A game of Kubb with your colleagues? Feel like sticking around and grabbing a bite to eat? The music is selected – live – by one of radio station Willy’s well-known guests. The De Fermentine food truck crew are baking sourdough pizzas made with local and seasonal ingredients in their blistering hot ovens from 18:00 to 20:00. Afterwards, M ramps up the atmosphere with performances in collaboration with Willy, CIRKLABO and Cirkus in Beweging.

Circus show ‘Equi’ (Compagnie Dyne)

Ten young acrobats dash into the ring. Are they here to entertain us? Or do they perform their endless circuits, tricks and feats of strength for their own amusement? Like circus horses, these acrobats work hard to capture the audience’s attention. There are no limits other than the circus ring itself, a circle, with no beginning or end. ‘Equi’ is about the fine line between entertainment and extravagance. About the pleasure of physical exertion. And about young acrobatic enthusiasm that, hopefully, will never end.

Circus performance 'Ludo and Arsène' (Be Flat)

Thursday 17 August, from 20:00 to 22:00

You will recognise Ludo and Arsène by their dungarees, ladder and complete lack of fear of heights. You can expect just about anything from this duo, except solving chores. They prefer to show off their antics to everyone they meet.

DJ Iwein Segers will provide the necessary beats with his DJ set.

This programme was created in collaboration with Cirkus in Beweging & CIRKLABO, 30CC’s circus workshop that supports contemporary circus arts.
