The field between stage and museum is exciting and challenging. It is a place of possibilities and oxygen, but sometimes also of friction and confusion. During two roundtable discussions, curators, programmers and artists zoom in on the interaction between performance, fine art institutions and museums.

The first roundtable discussion 'Lost and found in translation' zooms in on the differences, similarities and cross-pollinations between different disciplines. The second roundtable discussion 'Caring for bodies' explores the difference between caring for people versus artworks in a museum. About caring for artist, maker, performer, audience and participant.

This symposium is organised during Playground, M and STUK's Live Arts Festival.
