Safety measures

SAFETY MEASURES

We like to make your visit as safe and enjoyable as possible.

How do we collaborate to make your visit as safe as possible?

  • Wear a face mask. Protect yourself and others.
  • Disinfect or wash your hands. As much as you can.
  • Keep a sufficient distance (1,5). Wave to your fellow visitors from a distance.
  • Take the stairs. This way we avoid congestion in the elevators.
  • Follow the trail. There are arrows to show you the way.
  • Audioguide will be disinfected. Immediately, after each use.
  • Digital exhibition texts. This is how we avoid crowded areas of the museum.
  • In addition to these special measures, our visitor regulations continue to apply.

How should i prepare for my visit?

M Leuven: book a ticket in advance. If you cannot book your visit online, we are happy to help you at the reception desk in a museum (please note that due to safety concerns, we do not accept cash payments).

St. Peter's Church: you can visit Saint Peter’s Church without booking a timeslot in advance. However, if you would like to try the digital experience on tablet or with the HoloLens, it is advised to book a timeslot.

Which exhibitions are open?
