The 13th annual ARDS colloquium will focus on innovative research tools and methodologies for the study of medieval and Renaissance sculpture. The programme, available here, encourages multidisciplinary approaches, incorporating (art) historical, anthropological, historiographical, and technical perspectives.

The colloquium is a collaboration between ARDS – the platform for medieval sculpture and the RKD – Netherlands Institute for Art History and will be hosted at M Leuven (BE). It will feature a series of lectures, alongside excursions to the Art & History Museum and The Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage (KIK-IRPA) in Brussels.
